A cabin is not a carpentry-only job: gully, trap and horizontal waste come first. Glass, profile and silicone are checked at handover. If the drain is blocked we clear it first — unclogging is a separate service.
How pricing works
- Survey and measuring are free
- We come to the address and inspect the plumbing on site. The age of the building, the state of the pipework and whether the fault is inside the flat or in the shared stack all become clear at this stage.
- The figure is agreed before work starts
- We tell you what will be done and what it costs first. Nothing is stripped, cut or replaced before you approve.
- We don't publish a fixed price list
- The same job varies with the age of the building, how accessible the pipework is and which materials are used. Rather than posting a misleading headline price, we measure on site and tell you then.
- Materials from our own store
- We bring parts from our building materials store in Namık Kemal, so you don't lose a day to a second trip.
Common questions
Will you remove the old bath?+
Yes — strip-out and rubble are scoped on survey. Pipework stays with us.
If the drain is blocked?+
Clear it first. We do not sit a cabin on a wet fault.
Glass or acrylic?+
By measure and budget on survey. Shop stock or your pick.
Water off?+
Flat valve during the job. Building shut-off is rare.
