A concealed cistern is box height, inlet and waste invert. A wrong box means break-out later. A sound box can take a new kit and pan. Leak suspicion gets detection first.

- We come to the address and inspect the plumbing on site. The age of the building, the state of the pipework and whether the fault is inside the flat or in the shared stack all become clear at this stage.

- The same job varies with the age of the building, how accessible the pipework is and which materials are used. Rather than posting a misleading headline price, we measure on site and tell you then.

- We bring parts from our building materials store in Namık Kemal, so you don't lose a day to a second trip.
