Scope of Services
Öz İnan Yapı Malzemeleri provides professional plumbing and heating services on the European side of Istanbul. Our services include drain cleaning, bathroom-kitchen plumbing, boiler maintenance, water leak detection, and emergency plumbing service. All our services are performed by expert personnel.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Appointments are taken via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website. You must cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee. No advance appointment is required for emergency service calls.
Pricing and Payment
Service fees are determined based on the scope of work, materials used, and duration. An estimated price is provided before starting the work. Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer. We issue invoices for all our work. We offer a 1-year warranty on quality materials and craftsmanship.
Warranty and Responsibilities
We provide a 1-year warranty on all work performed and materials used. Warranty coverage includes workmanship errors and material defects. The warranty does not cover misuse or third-party interventions. In emergency situations, our response time is maximum 2 hours.
Right to Modify
Öz İnan Yapı Malzemeleri reserves the right to modify the terms of service without prior notice. Current terms are published on our website. By continuing to use our services, you agree to the updated terms.
