Typical duration
45–120 minutes (concealed sets need a survey)
Hole size, inlet orientation and a leak-free joint matter. We renew olives and pressure-test. Concealed shower valves need a box and plate survey; if the wall must open we fold it into bathroom plumbing. The amount is said before we start.
How pricing works
- Survey and measuring are free
- We come to the address and inspect the plumbing on site. The age of the building, the state of the pipework and whether the fault is inside the flat or in the shared stack all become clear at this stage.
- The figure is agreed before work starts
- We tell you what will be done and what it costs first. Nothing is stripped, cut or replaced before you approve.
- We don't publish a fixed price list
- The same job varies with the age of the building, how accessible the pipework is and which materials are used. Rather than posting a misleading headline price, we measure on site and tell you then.
- Materials from our own store
- We bring parts from our building materials store in Namık Kemal, so you don't lose a day to a second trip.
