Most sink clogs sit in the trap and the first bend: hair, soap and grease. We open the trap first; if needed we run a cable or camera toward the stack. No harsh chemicals. Parts come from our own store.

- The same job varies with the age of the building, how accessible the pipework is and which materials are used. Rather than posting a misleading headline price, we measure on site and tell you then.

- We bring parts from our building materials store in Namık Kemal, so you don't lose a day to a second trip.

No. They weaken the pipe. Mechanical clearing is cleaner.
